Met initially with an Agent and agreed to a survey. We felt we were paying over the odds at the premises (Now we have moved elsewhere). Both the RVA Agent and the surveyor were very professional and advised there would be a short wait before we heard back. We were later contacted by our local Council advising of a refund. Excellent result all down to RVA. No upfront charges so no risk to us.
