It’s Yellow In Tameside
RVA Surveyors, are delighted to announce a successful start to their charity initiative with Children’s Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) after a major fundraising day at our HQ which saw us successfully raise over £500.
Big Yellow Friday saw our team dress in yellow outfits and costumes, take part in a Big Yellow Quiz, RVA Bake Off as well a custard challenge in what is our biggest charity initiative to date.
This is our most significant charity initiative in our 13-year history and will see us work with CLDF to fundraise and support the charity in its goal to ‘help young people create a new life path where their liver disease is just one part of who they are.’
Anthony Hughes commented: “It was a fantastic day and an amazing effort from everybody involved from those who dressed up, baked, got involved in quizzes and games and those that kindly drenched me from head to toe in the lumpy yellow stuff.
We are looking forward to all of the events we are lining up throughout 2022 and we will release the full list in the coming weeks.”
As a champion of CLDF, Big Yellow Friday is only the beginning of our fundraising journey with several future plans such as; a sponsored three peaks challenge, a Skydive and in as soon as May a directors car wash. All of this is in dedication to reaching our fundraising goal of £10,000 for CLDF.
